Duty/Import Charges
Please note that orders delivered outside of UK may be subject to additional import/duty charges. It is the customers responsibility to cover these charges. Unfortunately, these charges are outside of Icy Bear Dentals control and vary widely from country to country. This means we are unable to predict such charges. If you are concerned about incurring any custom/duty charges on your parcel, we recommend contacting your local customs office to ensure no unexpected additional charges to you.
Christmas Delivery Times Are As Follows:
DPD (first class)
Order before 2pm Tuesday 21st December to arrive before Christmas
Evri (2nd class)
Order before 2pm Monday 20th December delivery will be attempted or delivered by Christmas, but not guaranteed.
*Orders received after 2pm or on a non-working day will be processed and dispatched on the next working (business) day.
